At Analog Cases, we want to ensure your gear is perfectly protected; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your case within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.
Ship the Case
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the case is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
